During the Christmas holidays, the extensive banquets should not be missing, of course!

The classic Christmas dishes contain a lot of hidden calories. In addition, the high fat and carbohydrate content does not make it easy for us to maintain our weight.

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS ON HOW YOU CAN SAVE CALORIES WITH THE USUAL CHRISTMAS DISHES.

1.GOOSE WITH DUMPLINGS

Oily sauces and skin should be omitted. More vegetables instead of predominantly carbohydrates, because the many dietary fibers that vegetables bring with them make you feel saturated. Side dishes could be boiled potatoes instead of dumplings. They only have 70 kcal per 100 g and are therefore a good less-calorie alternative.

2.POTATO SALAD WITH FRIED SAUSAGE

Mayonnaise does it! The Bavarian potato salad variant with vinegar and oil tastes at least as good as the unhealthy one with mayonnaise. The conventional bratwurst carries 26 g per 100 g. The less fatty alternative is poultry sausage. With less than 10 g fat per 100 g, you also save a lot of calories.3.CHRISTMAS COOKIES

Biscuits without wheat flour and sugar! There are many different kinds of flour. So it is better to use spelt flour because it is much healthier than wheat flour. Stevia is a good alternative to sweetening. For example, protein powder could also be used to cover the personal protein intake.
