A stress-free and healthy start into the new year! The New Year’s Eve planning is complete and the resolutions for the following year are set. But then you get into trouble about the dinner on New Year’s Eve – no problem!

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS ON HOW YOU CAN BRIDGE THE TIME UNTIL THE COWNDOWN IN GOOD HEALTH.

1.Find out in advance what is on the menu in the evening when you eat out so that you can adjust your eating habits accordingly throughout the day.  E.g. less carbohydrates and/or fats if such dishes should be served in the evening.2.At your own party you can choose your own food and snacks. Instead of chips and flips, the real calorie bombs, raw food sticks with home-made, healthy dips could be served (avocado cream). In general with an open buffet, vegetables and salad should be used more.3.Raclette is one of the most common year-round dishes. Have more chicken and vegetables! If you don’t want to do without the raclette cheese, eat less fat throughout the day. This cheese is high in protein but it also brings a lot of fat with it.

4.Alcoholic beverages not only carry many calories but also make you hungry for fatty food. Why don’t you give up cocktails and liqueurs and instead grab a glass of wine or prosecco to sip on? You should also drink plenty of water.5.
