Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of your shipment at any time using the tracking number in the email. You can also find the shipment tracking in your account under the respective order number.

Why has my parcel still not been shipped?
We want to get your order to you as soon as possible and usually ship it within 72 hours. Sometimes, however, due to holidays or increased order volume, it can happen that some orders are not quite as quickly ready to ship.

Can I change when and where my parcel is delivered?
Yes, that works! Our shipping partner DHL always sends you an e-mail to announce the parcel. You can use it to determine your preferred delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop, or change the delivery date.

If the parcel carrier doesn’t find you at home, you can see whether your parcel has been delivered to a neighbor or a branch, for example.

I have been waiting longer for my parcel
Please check via the tracking link whether the parcel has been delivered to a neighbor. If it is not at a neighbor’s and the delivery status has not changed in 5 days, please contact us using the contact options below.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking code in the email.

When does the delivery period begin?

The period for the delivery begins on the day after contract conclusion to run and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Under the item addresses in your account, you can change your delivery and billing addresses.

You have already ordered, but would like to receive to another address?
If your order is not yet packed, you can cancel it and reorder. Contact our customer service via the contact options below and ask them to cancel your order, then you can reorder to the correct address.

As soon as the package is delivered to DHL, you will receive an email from the respective shipping partner announcing the package. You also have the option of choosing a preferred delivery location such as a parcel shop or storage location.

You have moved and your parcel could not be delivered?
In this case, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded within 14 days.

We will gladly deliver your parcel to a Packstation. Select the checkbox “Different delivery address” in the checkout and then check “Send to DHL Paketshop or Packstation? (optional)”. Now enter the number of the Packstation and your postal number.

Please return the wrong item and make a note on the return slip that you did not order it or that the ordered item was not delivered.

For orders outside the EU, customs and import charges apply as soon as the parcel arrives in the destination country. We do not take over the fees for the customs clearance. The fees vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office in advance. While your parcel is being checked by customs, your parcel can be opened. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. However, we will do our best to prepare the customs forms in advance as best we can and accordingly list the value of the delivery and the items it contains by product type.

If you are not at home and the parcel carrier does not meet you, that is no problem. DHL usually only attempts to deliver the parcel, but then forwards it to a post office or parcel shop, provided that no neighbours can be found. You can then pick up the parcel the next day at the earliest with the parcel notification card and your identity card, the parcel will be stored here for 7 days for you until it is sent back to us.

Can I arrange for another delivery attempt?

It is possible to order another delivery attempt from DHL. This can be done via the website dhl.de/re-order. DHL points out that a second delivery can take place at the earliest two working days after placing the online order. The new delivery can only be made to the original house address and not to a different address or packing station. It is also not possible to redirect a parcel from a DHL packing station to a branch or to another packing station.

What happens to my parcel if I cannot pick it up in time?

If the goods cannot be delivered to you, your parcel will be sent back to us. The return costs of our parcel service and all other costs incurred by a return through no fault of the parcel service and the seller will be charged to the buyer.
The shipping costs for a new delivery of the ordered goods are also to be borne by the buyer and to be paid before new delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any errors in the entry of data during the ordering process. The costs incurred by an unsuccessful delivery attempt are therefore to be borne by the buyer.
